Here 'tis:

Challah
Broiled chicken w/pomegranate molasses (like last week, only this time I just have breasts)
Roasted cabbage, mushrooms, and onions
Roasted carrots and potatoes
Brown rice
Caesar salad
Apple crisp

For lunch:

Black Bean Chili
